After leaving Bablake School in 1978, Mr. B. Hewetson attended The University of East Anglia in Norwich, where he gained a B.A. Honours degree in History. After a spell working in the City of London he returned to Coventry in 1989 and worked for several years in nature conservation.

!n 1996 he attended The University of Warwick to gain his P.G.C.E. After a period of working as a supply teacher in Coventry and Warwickshire, he joined the staff of King Henry VIII School in 1998. He has worked chiefly as a Year 4 form tutor, but he has also taught Science, English and R.E. in Years 3, 5 and 6.

Mr. Hewetson lives in Earlsdon. His interests include running, cycling, ornithology and music.
