Mr Senyk joined Coventry Preparatory School in April 1998 as Deputy Headmaster.

He was born in Nottingham and completed his secondary and university education in Italy, at the Urbaniana University in Rome where he read Philosophy and Theology. Whilst in Italy, he worked for a time in the Vatican City as an interpreter and translator.

Since qualifying as a teacher 1984, he has taught ICT, Latin, Greek, French, Russian, Italian and Religious Studies to pupils of various ages, including GCSE.

Prior to his arrival at CPS he held the positions of assistant teacher, head of department and housemaster. He has a wide knowledge and a wealth of experience in the educational, administrative and pastoral areas of school life.
