Mrs. Siân Anson-O’Connell graduated from Southampton University with a B.A. (Hons) in Modern Languages & European Studies. Having taught numerous courses for foreign students, she completed the RSA diploma in TEFL (A). She obtained a PGCE (Secondary) in French and German at Exeter University. Siân then became Head of Modern Languages at Plymouth College of Further Education as well as teaching on a variety of EFL courses for both students and teachers. Her studies were further extended by attaining a M.A. (Ed) through the Open University.

Outside of school she enjoys jogging and music and supporting her daughters in their activities.
